This was a fun and entertaining story set in the D&D universe. Relatively light on game mechanic elements, this more just used the characters and settings from the Forgotten Realms, with lots of little in jokes sprinkled in. The silly mishaps of the characters end up being pretty classic D&D nonsense, up to and including a mimic attack hitting a bit too close to home for me.
