A clever modern take on a classic. Good writing, clever songs, and a plot that doesn't drown itself in complexity. The characters felt fairly dynamic, though growth was a bit irregular. Very refreshing to have a somewhat creative standalone film of this caliber rather than a straight remake or sequel.
